Lord Kelvin Elementary School added to COVID-19 exposure list

Lord Kelvin Elementary School is the latest New Westminster school to see a COVID-19 exposure.

Families have been notified that someone with COVID-19 was at the school on April 16, 19, 20 and 21. The latest notice is the school's second in 2021, following one in March.

Kelvin's addition to the Fraser Health school exposures site brings to six the number of schools under current exposure notices – half of the district's 12 schools. Herbert Spencer, Qayqayt and Richard McBride elementary schools have also seen exposure notices in recent days, as have Queensborough Middle School and New Westminster Secondary School.

Below are all the exposure dates that have been published for School District 40 schools since winter break:
