New Westminster police are attempting to reunite a photo album with its rightful owner.
The police department is seeking the public’s help in trying to locate the owner of a photo album that was turned in to the police department on Jan. 15.
“These pages tell someone’s story,” NWPD spokesperson Sgt. Andrew Leaver said in a news release. “We would love to reunite these cherished memories with their rightful owner.”
The NWPD news release states the photographs appear to have been taken from the 1960s through the 1990s. The name Thelma Dueck appears of some of the mementos inside the album. (One photo, captioned Self Portrait, is dated March 26, 2004.
