Artists will be taking centre stage in New Westminster this weekend.
The New West Cultural Crawl, live entertainment and a public art tour are among the artsy offerings this weekend. For folks looking for something different, the fire department’s annual open house and a Halloween sale are making a return to New Westminster.

New West Cultural Crawl
Celebrate the talents of local artists at the 21st New West Cultural Crawl, which features Interactive workshops, live events, evening offerings, art exhibitions, and open studios. You’ll have a chance to visit more than 30 home studio, galleries and community spaces to explore the works of local artists.

New Westminster Fire and Rescue Services open house
Check out equipment displays, fire and community safety information booths, live demonstrations (including drone and technical rope rescue demonstrations) and meet Sparky the Fire Dog at New Westminster Fire and Rescue Service’s annual open house. This family-friendly event – being held during Fire Prevention Week – includes a fundraising barbecue hosted by the New Westminster Firefighters’ Charitable Society.

New Westminster Public Art Tour
