Who doesn't love a spunky little red-haired orphan with a big voice?
Yes, I'm talking about Annie - and this is your chance to be onstage in the popular Broadway musical.
Royal City Musical Theatre Company is holding auditions Sept. 21 and 22 for its annual spring production.
Children are invited to audition on Saturday, Sept. 21, with a mandatory dance call audition from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by scheduled singing auditions from 11:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring sheet music and come prepared to sing a song from a Broadway show.
On Sunday, Sept. 22, adults must also attend a mandatory dance call from 10 to 11 a.m., with scheduled singing auditions from 11:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Bring sheet music and be prepared with two song choices from Broadway - one up-tempo and one ballad.
All roles are being cast - including, of course, Annie, Oliver Warbucks and Miss Hannigan, the drunken orphanage matron. Other featured roles include Warbucks' secretary Grace Farrell, Miss Hannigan's brother Rooster and his girlfriend Lily.
Ensemble members will be cast in a range of roles, including, of course, the orphans.

Royal City Musical Theatre is also seeking a props master for the production.
