One subject. Three artists. Three distinct visions.
That's what viewers will find in a new show opening this week at the Anvil Centre Community Art Gallery.
Ideate runs from Jan. 14 to March 4, with an opening reception set for Thursday, Jan. 20 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The exhibition features work by artists Elena Ballam, Riette Gordon and Dianne Reid, with individual interpretations of common images – with each work creating a different mood, tone and artistic result.
The opening reception is free. Proof of vaccination is required for all visitors aged 12 and up, while everyone aged five and up must be masked.
The Anvil Centre is at 777 Columbia St., and the gallery is on the third floor.
