New Westminster real estate prices may be climbing towards a new high this month, but you can still get a detached home in New West for under $1 million.
In fact, three such homes are on offer right now — but only one of them is on land.
Zealty.ca shows three single-detached homes currently available in New West for under $1 million.
For those looking to embrace life on the water, two of the homes offer a unique chance to live not just overlooking the Fraser River but on the water: they’re floathomes in the Queensgate Marina complex on South Dyke Road.
The other is an 80-year-old two-bedroom home in Queensborough.
