Celebrate Mom with one-of-a-kind art.
Van Dop Gallery is holding its annual Mother's Day celebration with a special exhibition, the New West 7.
The exhibition was launched at the Naramata on the River event at the River Market in April and is now continuing at the gallery, with a special Mother's Day showing on Saturday, May 12.
It features new works from seven prominent New Westminster artists: Angie Au Hemphill, Nicholas Bott and Leslie Poole, who are all represented by the gallery currently; and new artists Gabor Gasztonyi, Jim Walsh, Judith Copland and Teressa Bernard.
The gallery will also be bringing in new works by jewelry artist Joanna Lovett.
The Mother's Day celebration runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
