Some snow is in sight for New Westminster.
That's according to the latest weather forecast, but the city is expected to be soaked in rain to start December.
Weatherhood is calling for an average of 10 mm of rainfall each day between today, Dec. 1, and Wednesday, Dec. 6.
The highest amount of precipitation this week may reach up to 45 mm by Tuesday morning, Dec. 5, as of this publication.
Snow is predicted to start falling gradually at a more than 50 per cent chance by Wednesday afternoon.
However, there'll be a mix of snow and rain for that evening, Weatherhood's data stated.
While the snow may start to fly, temperatures are also predicted to stay on the warmer side fo the thermometer.
New Westminster may experience a weekly high of 10°C by Monday, Dec. 4.
The mercury is expected to stay above freezing point to start the final month of 2023, dipping to a low of 1°C by Thursday, Dec. 7.
Winds will gust up to 25 km/h heading northwest on Saturday morning, Dec. 2, before becoming light in the afternoon.
