All New Westminster gas stations are offering less than $1.80 per litre this week.
That's the good news for local commuters needing to top up their vehicle's tank before heading out for the weekend.
According to GasBuddy.com, the cheapest fuel is being sold for $1.75 per litre as of today, Nov. 3, and is available at three outlets across the city.
The price is a drop of two cents from last Friday, Oct. 27.
However, for the 6th Street Esso and 7-Eleven, as well as Centex and GOmarket on Ewen Avenue, the price dipped by four cents from $1.79 per litre.
The rest (listed below) are offering $1.78 per litre, increasing New West's median price by a single cent to $1.77 per litre
Meanwhile, the least expensive gas in all of B.C. can be found on Vancouver Island.
GasBuddy.com says the Gas n Go on Victoria Road in Nanaimo is currently priced at $1.53 per litre.
Eight gas stations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack make up the top 10 cheapest options in the province, ranging from $1.57 to $1.60 per litre.
