Do you believe that successful people are born inherently talented? Or do you think that talents are made and molded over time?
How you answer this question doesn’t just affect your perspective of others. It also impacts how you see yourself. And, more importantly, it plays a key role in how you deal with that unavoidable bane of life: Failure.
Federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh's continued approach dumbs down complex challenges, placing them into sound bites that cannot inspire to do and know better. After another election loss, one should be calling for unity, rather than stoking discourse using rhetoric. With no effort to recognize the complex grievances or address them rationally, sadly, Mr. Singh believes he is on the correct path.
Thing is, by adopting a growth mindset takes practice. And, more importantly, it means that the rejection won’t serve as a roadblock to your success.
Remember that you are not limited by what you can do. You are only limited by what you think you can do (or can’t do). It is your mindset that truly matters. Doubling down on failure achieve only that.
