A festive night of Christmas shopping, live music and delicious treats is on tap for New Westminster next month.
The New West Craft Holiday Market is returning to River Market — located at 810 Quayside Dr. — for a seventh consecutive year on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Organized by Arts New West, the annual free celebration is set to feature nearly 50 artisans and their handmade creations that could ring in the true spirit of gift-giving this holiday season.
This includes jewelry, home decor, artwork and holiday treats.
"Whether you’re a long-time fan or a first-time visitor, the New West Craft Holiday Night Market is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season," reads a news release from Arts New West executive director Laura Grady.
As well, the Craft Holiday Market will include in-house amenities by River Market, such as eateries, shops and live entertainment.
The free New West Craft Holiday Market is scheduled for Dec. 7 from 3 to 9 p.m.
Though accessible by any mode of transportation from the Lower Mainland, interested patrons are encouraged to use transit as River Market is "steps away" from the New Westminster SkyTrain Station.
