Motorists experienced delays near the Queensborough on Sunday night because of a toppled Canada Post truck.
Shortly before 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27, the province’s Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure posted a notice on social media stating there was vehicle incident at the northbound end of the Queensborough Bridge and motorists should expect delays.
As a result of the incident, the northbound ramp to Stewardson Way is closed.
As of 8:30 p.m., the truck still remained on its side, but a tow trucks had arrived at the scene. Community members gathered nearby to watch tow trucks get to work to upright a Canada Post truck.
