Search continues for dog stolen from Quayside neighbourhood in New West

Have you seen Zeuss? He was stolen in New Westminster in mid-February

New West police are still on the hunt for a wee dog who was stolen from the Quayside neighbourhood in February.

On Feb. 24, the New Westminster Police Department took to social media in an effort to help locate a stolen dog. Zeuss, a black and tan, three-year-old miniature Pinscher cross, was taken from the Quayside area.

“The search for Zeuss continues,” said a March 4 tweet from the NWPD.

Anyone with information about Zeuss’ whereabouts can call the NWPD at 604-525-5411 (file 22-2927).

“Zeuss was stolen from the New Westminster Quay in mid-February. He’s a three-year-old miniature Pinscher cross,” said a NWPD spokesperson in an email to the Record. “He may be with people that are known to frequent the Downtown Eastside neighbourhood of Vancouver. If anyone has information on Zeuss, we’re asking they call their local police.”
