New Westminster garment manufacturer Arc’teryxis holding a hiring fair soon to fit its expansion plans and fill expected vacancies from retirements over the next three years.
According to an Arc’teryx news release, the hiring fair is on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at #203-425 Boyne St., in New Westminster.
“The global design company is looking to fill over 78 positions for their facility, including Warehouse Workers, Sewers and Seamstresses, Quality Control Inspectors, and Sewing Machine Mechanics,” says a posting. “Candidates attending the ARC’One hiring fair will be able to speak with Talent Acquisition representatives, complete job applications, and take a glimpse into Arc’teryx’s North American operations. The hiring fair is designed as a way for the company to connect with talented people in the community before the hiring process begins. At the hiring fair, candidates can get a better understanding of Arc’teryx, and the company has the opportunity to get to know the candidates before reading through their resumes.”
