Dear Editor:
I am sure we would all agree that texting while driving is pure stupidity.
It is akin to driving with a blindfold on. Today on Columbia Street, I witnessed a police officer texting while cars waited behind him. Holy double standard, Batman! If he was to hit someone or worse, this would prove to be deeply disrespectful for himself, other officers and the police force he represents. Officer, think about it, you know who you are.
