Letter: Trudeau's carbon tax deal with Quebec 'stinks to high heaven'

This letter writer is calling out a political "stench."

There's a "stench" around carbon tax decisions in Canada, this writer says.

The Editor:

I would just like to give a shout-out to the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, who found out that Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party of Canada, which is kept in power by Jagmeet Singh's federal New Democratic Party, has decided that residents of the province of Quebec only have to pay a 10-cent-per-litre carbon tax on fuel, while the rest of us will pay 14 cents per litre carbon tax on fuel.

And, golly gee, it just so happens that Justin Trudeau's federal riding is in the province of Quebec!

This stinks to high heaven, and the stench is not just on Justin Trudeau and his Liberal Party — it is also all over Jagmeet Singh and the NDP for keeping this snake in power.
