Re: $59-million loan under scrutiny, The Record, July 18.
I totally agree with Ed Linstead's account of what is happening with the tower proposed for the civic centre.
In addition, I went to city hall to pick up the petitions and there are many pages of legal jargon with the petition at the end of the stack. Could that be to mislead some people into thinking the petition was not included?
