Dear Editor:
As a resident of New Westminster, I wish to submit my account of two visits I made to Royal Columbian Hospital in November.
I went to the emergency department at the beginning of the month because I was in extreme pain. Three weeks later, I returned to see a specialist about my problem.
On both occasions, I was treated politely and kindly by everyone with whom I came in contact.
From the admitting clerk to the specialist surgeon, I was treated with patience and concern.
I feel fortunate to have Royal Columbian emergency care available to me - and to everyone who lives in New Westminster.
This letter is to say a big thank you to management and staff of Royal Columbian Hospital.
