Tell us about yourself. (100 words)
I am a father of three kids. Harrison, Parker and Beckett (ages 9, 8 and 4). We are a busy household! As the father of a child with autism I understand both the challenges and joys of raising a child with special needs, and the importance of an inclusive environment.
I opened a Restaurant in November 2015 and I love my job as it allows me to take an active role in the community. As being a parent, there are many joys and challenges, but wouldn’t change it for anything

What are the top 3 issues facing the New Westminster school board?
- Given the number of residential developments under construction/ planning stage in the city, current school capacity and the future New High School’s capacity need be re-evaluated to manage all of this new growth.
- Lack of Support Staff for students with disabilities and training for this staff

What do you think this school board has done well? What have they done wrong?
Greatest accomplishment was New West High School breaking ground.
I would say that rather than focusing on what they have done wrong, I would like to focus on new opportunities and identify programs that could include children with disabilities and facilities to manage the new growth in New West.
What is your position on the school district’s involvement in May Day?
The use of resources devoted to the ceremony should be used for other initiatives and May Day should be transferred to a different community group.
