The city is holding a volunteer orientation for youth who are interested in learning about volunteer opportunities at the Youth Centre at Moody Park, the Queen's Park petting farm, Moody Park Arena, Century House, Queens borough Community Centre and other facilities in New Westminster, as well as for special events.
The workshop is being held on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 10 a.m. to noon.
It's free, but pre-registration is required. Call 604-519-1066.
