The New Westminster Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing person last seen on Monday in the West End.
In a news release, the NWPD said a 36-year-old man named Shawn has been reported missing. He was last seen in the 1200-block of Sixth Avenue at about 11 a.m. on Monday, March 24.
According to the NWPD, Shawn is 5’8” tall and has short brown hair and a slim build. He was last seen wearing black Adidas brand shorts and a dark T-shirt.
“Shawn uses public transit, so please keep an eye out for Shawn as you’re on your commute this afternoon,” said NWPD Sgt. Andrew Leaver. “Shawn has been known to frequent Surrey, Vancouver and New Westminster.”
