More buses have hit the pavement in New Westminster as of Labour Day Monday, Sept. 2.
TransLink has implemented its fall services on nearly 50 routes in Metro Vancouver to meet the seasonal demand, such as students returning to school and other riders that require transit this time of year.
While some routes are seeing increased service, TransLink said in a news release that the changes do not address all needs stemming from rapid ridership growth and increased demand that is being seen across Metro Vancouver.
