Do you have all your Easter treats ready? If not, don’t panic — New West’s businesses have your back.
We’ve rounded up this list of highlights from some of New Westminster’s favourite foodie destinations. What are you waiting for? Hop to it!
Rocky Point Ice Cream
Rocky Point is marking the season with some seasonal ice cream flavours, including chocolate mini egg, Easter basket (blue-tinted vanilla with colourful coconut flakes and chocolate-dipped chow mein nests) and walnut carrot cake, plus a plant-based confetti swirl.
If you’re looking for dessert for your Easter gathering, there’s also the ever-popular mini egg cake and a plant-based Easter option.
Plus, the shop has a promotion where you can buy a surprise Easter egg for the price of a one-scoop ice cream. Each egg has a token for at least a one-scoop ice cream — but you might also land upon one of the “golden tokens” that entitle you to a free pint a month for a whole year.
- Find Rocky Point uptown at 100-500 Sixth Ave. (the corner of Fifth Street and Sixth Avenue).
