The New Westminster Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding high-risk missing person Josephine.
Josephine was last seen on Thursday, Feb. 20 at about 8 a.m. laving a residence at Sixth Street and Third Avenue.
Josephine is unfamiliar with the Metro Vancouver area and may appear lost or confused. She does not speak English and communicates in Kinyarwanda.
When she was last seen in uptown New Westminster, Josephine was wearing a black winter coat and black boots. She is described as having short black hair and wearing glasses.
“Josephine’s friends and family are very concerned for her well-being,” said NWPD Sgt. Andrew Leaver. “We urge anyone who may have seen her to contact us immediately. Your help could make a crucial difference.”
