Photos: 25th Carols and Bells concert returns to New West

A full house rang in the holiday season with a New Westminster tradition on Saturday, Dec. 7.

The 25th edition of the Carols and Bells concert featured several handbell choirs at Sanctuary on 6th (the former Queens Avenue United Church).
