The grand opening of təməsew̓txʷ Aquatic and Community Centre took place on Saturday, June. 1.
The event kicked off with an Indigenous welcoming, and featured live entertainment, various activity zones as well as a free public swim.
It also marked the official opening of the Sea Otter YMCA Child Care Centre.
