The fourth annual bike-a-thon and walk-a-thon took place in New Westminster on Sunday, July 14.

Ritvik Tuteja led the 10 km group.

Departing from the Gurdwara Sahib Sukh Sagar, the bike-a-thon featured 60 km and 100 km routes, while the walk-a-thon had two distances, 5 km and 10 km. The event raised funds for the GNFK’s operational costs related to the new building on East Hastings Street, which will enable the group to provide meals seven days a week to people in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside neighbourhood.
