Photos: New West casino celebrates the Year of the Snake

The Starlight Casino New Westminster celebrated Lunar New Year with a traditional Lion Dance Ceremony.

On Saturday, February 1, 2025, performers from Lok’s Hapkido toured around the casino floor, as the Fortune God, with the help of New Westminster Mayor Patrick Johnstone and Richmond-Queensborough MLA Steve Kooner, handed out red envelopes.
