After New Westminster residents woke up to a massive snowfall on Thursday morning (Dec. 30), many took to the hills to take advantage of the snow day.
Numerous families and others were seen with their toboggans at Queen's Park.
Many parts of Metro Vancouver saw up to 30 centimetres of snow during the storm.
New West Record photographer Jennifer Gauthier paid a visit to the park and captured the beautiful day.
