The weekend brings along a potpourri of events in New Westminster — from an art show to a stand-up comedy and an R&B concert in the park.
That apart, the annual Terry Fox Run returns to the city, and an all-new Bigger Ideas Conference makes it debut.
Here’s a rundown of the top events in New West this weekend.

A new solo art show in town turns the spotlight on an artist's mental health struggles.
Each work is an attempt by Tianna Hall to capture her state of mind at different points during the years since the pandemic. What she has come up with is a large collection of colourful canvases that help kick-start a dialogue about the important topic of mental health.
