The San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs will vie for the coveted championship on Sunday, Feb. 11. A search of happenings at local pubs found that many were accepting reservations for the big game.
The action on the field gets underway at 3:30 p.m. but seats will likely be filling up long before the opening kickoff. Here's a look at some local places you can go to watch the game.

Georgie’s Local Kitchen and Bar invites football fans to “score the best seats for the big game” by reserving a table, as limit spots are available.

Howe Sound Brewing is having 2024 Super Bowl watch parties at all of its locations, including New Westminster – where the action will be shown on eight large, HD TV screens. The day’s fun includes game-day deals for food, quarterly draws and a $100 final prize.

Match Eatery and Public House, the official national land-based casino partner of the NFL in Canada, is hosting a Super Bowl Watch Party. Super Bowl Sunday football fans will can watch the action on big screens and enjoy daily food and beverage features. The event will include music and prize giveaways, giving guests the chance to win official NFL gear.

River’s Reach Pub
River’s Reach Pub will be showing “the epic battle” on the field on its big screens. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m., but The Reach advises folks to arrive early to get a good seat.

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 2 in New Westminster is planning a fun day that includes Super Bowl draws, food and drink specials. Everyone is welcome – you don’t need to be a Legion member to attend.

Sapperton District Taphouse’s Super Bowl fun includes giveaways, raffles and football. Exclusive party menus and a chance to win a fully stocked mini fridge are part of the day’s action.
