Batik making at the library, learn about the fascinating art of batik at a workshop at the New Westminster Public Library, 1 to 5 p.m. Batik has been part of Indonesia's tradition since the 5th Century AD. The workshop is an opportunity to learn about Indonesian traditional batik making and its history. Participants will also have a hands-on opportunity to learn how to make their own batik.
