The Editor:
I am simply writing to say an enormous "Thanks" to the kind individual(s) who rescued my blue laptop in a black carry bag on the 102 Community Bus from Victoria Hill to New West Station last Saturday afternoon, Nov. 4.
I noticed it was missing only later in the evening, and what a shock that was.
How incredibly fortunate I am that some kind soul(s) turned it in to Transit Security.
After I reached out to TransLink Customer Service, I was quickly reunited with it the next night, Nov. 5.
A huge relief!
I am so very grateful to all who participated in its return to me.
Jovan at TransLink Customer Service; Janet, Transit Supervisor; and the driver of the 102 route, plus any passengers who may have noticed the laptop I'd left on the bus and turned it in.
